Vedic Meditation in Sydney
Learn Vedic Meditation in Sydney.
Taught in person in Bondi by Mike Watts, with support for life.
In short
Vedic Meditation, Bondi.
Mike Watts teaches Vedic Meditation in Bondi, in Sydney's eastern suburbs. The Learn Vedic Meditation course runs over four consecutive days in person, in a small group, with lifetime support afterwards: weekly group meditations in person and online, check-ins and refreshers.
Who Mike teaches
Busy Sydney minds, at every stage.
Complete beginners, people who've tried apps and breathwork that never quite stuck, busy professionals, parents, creatives and musicians, and long-time meditators who want to learn properly.
You don't need a quiet mind, a spiritual belief or the ability to sit cross-legged. You just need twenty minutes, twice a day, and a willingness to start.

How to learn
Three simple steps.
1. A free intro call
A short, no-pressure chat with Mike about where you're at and whether the course is right for you.
2. Four days in Bondi
Receive your personal mantra in a one-to-one initiation, then three sessions on how it works and how to make it part of your life.
3. Practise for life
Weekly group meditations in person and online, check-ins whenever you need them, and the freedom to revisit the course at no cost.

Is this the same as Transcendental Meditation?
They share the same roots and a very similar technique, but they're taught differently. See how they compare.
